Hi all,
I hope that everyone had a good Anzac Day. Today, I marched with students and teachers from St Philip's College in the Anzac Day march. I have always wanted to march with my great-grandad's medals on. The most special of which is his medal for fighting at Gallipoli. So that is what I did today. I realised that I was running out of time to do this as I am leaving the country in the middle of the year. Who knows how long I will be overseas. The sacrifice that our servicemen and women make has never meant so much to me. I am really glad that I marched.
Still no news on where I will be stationed in Japan. But now I can cross marching on Anzac Day off my list of things to do.
I will post a photo later.
Love me.
